Happy Easter!!!!‏

Bye Bye March.....

I can't believe this month has already gone by!!!! Happy Birthday Dane!!!! Wow man you must be getting super tall!!! I can't wait to get home and see how much all the grandkids have grown!!!! This week has been a amazing week for missionary work!!! It has been crazy crazy around here!!! This area has so much potential and we are having a lot of help from the members!!! The members here are way excited right now... a few of the elders before were kind of... i don't know if lazy but they just lost a lot of trust with the ward. So far Elder Brunner and i have been teaching a lot in the members homes and trying to serve them to our fullest and things are really starting to go places!!! Its hard sometimes cause we really do have to Earn the members trust, they want to know that were solid missionaries they can trust to help their friends learn about the gospel!!! We got a couple of really promising refferals this week that we are going to start teaching so yeah we are pretty pumped!!! The members here are so dedicated and want to help us!!! There are a lot of members here who travel like 45 minutes to an hour to get to church and i remember when they changed the ward boundaries in LaVerkin and we got switched to the Virgin city church building, ahh a 10 min drive was ridiculous right??? Im slowly learning there is always someone in worse shape than i am and i should serve those who make that greater sacrifice!!! I lived 20 min - 30 min from the temple... there like 3-4 hours from here!!! You really forget to see the blessings you have sometimes!!!

Elder Brunner and I are getting along way well!!! Its kinda cool him being older by a few years cause he is more mature and knows quite a bit more and ive been out a bit longer so we really help one another right now!!! We have had some amazing lessons with people this week!!! Only a few lessons to non-members we are working with, but one of our lessons was with this less-active, Scott Talbot, and he has been trying to come back for a while now... We went in there and had a really good lessson directed totally by the spirit and committed him to make a lot of changes!!! He gave us the last of his cigarettes and temptations, and really wanted to be clean again!!! He has a lot of faith, faith just needs to be acted on!!! It was pretty fun day, took pictures of the pack of cigarettes as a trophy picture!!! I like taking peoples smokes and crushing them... feels pretty cool!!! It has been a way fun week with E. Brunner though... We have a lot of time in the car traveling, with such a big area, so yeah i learned how to do the Rubiks cube since i can't drive and thats kind of my past time!!! 2:45 seconds is my best time so far, elder brunner taught me and he is like 1:00 sometimes!!! Crazy fun!!!

I am so excited for general conference this week!!! We made a bunch of invitations and have already passed out a ton and challenged the members to give away some!!!! I never felt before my mission the exciting anticipation of getting to hear from the prophet and apostles!!! I just want to go tell everyone that we have a prophet and he is about to speak!!! Just as if Noah or Moses was going to say something you would want to hear it right??? Come and listen!!! Yeah i think we will be watching with a bunch of different members all the sessions... we don't really have a big screen projector to watch them on... lil flat screen maybe!!! That is so crazy that Madie has 12 cavities since coming out, sounds like things are going really amazing with the work!!! Keep it up baby, I LOVE YOU!!!! Im not sure where to send my letter to this week, maybe just the mission home??? I'll pray about it!! :) Mom i Miss you like crazy too!!! can you believe ive been out 18 months in a week!!! I served as long as Madie gets to, now i get 6 more to work my hardest!!! I guess sister missionaries learn all they need to in 18.. it takes us a lil longer to get things down i guess?!?!
